High season runs from 15th December through to 30th April inclusive

Rates are for up to 10 people staying in the house.
2 "put-up" beds available for extra guests @ £25 or US$40 or TT$ 250 per night per bed
Discounts for low occupancy are available during the low season outside school holidays

A security deposit of TT$2000 against loss or damage will need to be lodged with the housekeeper on guests' arrival. This will be held and returned to guests on their departure as long as the property is left as found.
Guests from UK can send the owner a cheque which will not be cashed but held on file and returned/destroyed all being well after their visit.
TT$300 for cleaning costs must be paid to the housekeeper before departure
